Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment. To make an appointment you have to pay a deposit, each services packages have different deposit amount $, you also have another option of paying the full service price. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. If you are running a few minutes behind, PLEASE call or leave a text message. If you no-show to your appointment and would like to reschedule, we will required a credit card on file to secure your appointment. Clients who don't show or cancel the appointment less than 48 hours before the date of the appointment will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Para hacer una cita tiene que pagar un deposito que se le asigna en el servicio que usted escoja, cada paquete tiene cantidad de depositos diferentes $, tambien tiene la opcion de pagar el servicio completo si asi usted lo determina. Le pedimos que reprograme o cancele su cita al menos 2 dias antes del inicio de su cita. Si usted tiene un retraso de unos minutos, por favor llame o deje un mensaje de texto. A los clientes que no se presenten o cancelen su cita con menos de 48 horas de anticipacion a la fecha de la cita, se les cobrara el DEPOSITO que no es REEMBOLSABLE.
