Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment. To make an appointment you have to pay a deposit, each services packages have different deposit amount $, you also have another option of paying the full service price. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. If you are running a few minutes behind, PLEASE call or leave a text message. If you no-show to your appointment and would like to reschedule, we will required a credit card on file to secure your appointment. Clients who don't show or cancel the appointment less than 48 hours before the date of the appointment will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
